Product Images - .jpg in IE 7?

Hi,

I've put images in .jpg format in the Product Images area, but right-clicking and Save As on the images in IE only provide the option of saving them as .bmp files.  Why does that happen, and is there a solution to it?  My current temp solution is uploading zip files of images in .jpg format and let clients download the zip files.

This problem doesn't happen in Firefox but some of my clients don't want to install FF on their systems.
