When attaching a file in an email message (General\Messages\Email\ Attach File from Attachments Tab), the listing of ALL the documents in our File Cabinet show up. We have only been using this ability for a week or so and we already have dozens of Quotes there. Is it standard functionality to have to navigate through all of these files? A few months of quotes and that list will be extremely long, too long to navigate. I am aware of Enhancement 131584: "Ability to select folders, subfolders and files to be available as attachment for emailing" but am I looking at
