Best Role for HR Manager?
We're preparing to give our HR manager access to NetSuite to start managing and tracking more employee data in the system. In the past I have been the one to create and manage Employee records and I'm the admin so there were no permission problems. Now I'm looking through the list of Roles and I don't see anything that jumps out as appropriate or tailored for HR responsibilities.
I'm curious if there is an existing Role that any of you have found suitable or if the best option is just to create a new custom one?
Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
