bulk merge email-customer survey

I need to send a customer survey to all the contacts.
On the testing, when sending by group-bulk email, part of the URL is big and in blue colour (you can tick and link to website), second part of the URL is small and in black colour. If the customer just click the blue part, they can not go to the correct URL. The only way is to ask customers to copy the whole thing. How to fix this problem???
Is it possible to send the form directly instead of the URL? I received some Netsuite survey form, how do you do it?
