Best Practice: Individuals or Contacts?
We are currently using Contacts but they have its limitations. I am wondering if we should switch to using Individuals who are subs of parent company cards?
A specific problem we are trying to solve is that with our online forms the Campaign Responses are tracked against the Company card but not the Contact. We cannot easily pull out a list of every person who attended a webinar, downloaded a white paper, etc. This is a real problem when we are dealing with 10s or 100s of contacts per company.
I believe that if we switched the preference automatically creating Individual records this might be solved?
