Best Practice Recommendations/Experiences with Call Center Agents
Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to use a third party call center to accept calls from customers and process transactions. I'm trying a new 800 number call center and want to figure out whether I can give them some limited access that automates the process but still controls security.
