Removal of List values used for multi-select custom field
Hi,
Does anyone have a recommendation for deleting list values from a Custom List used in a multi-select custom field?
I have a list that specifies our internal mailing list membership, multi-select as each entity can belong to more than one mailing list. I need to remove a couple of entries as the lists are no longer applicable, but NS won't allow me to as the entry is referred to by other records.....
The options I can see to overcome this are to:-
1) Manually edit each record that refers to the list values to be deleted (as direct list editing/mass update not available) - not really practical with the no.s involved
