Reduction in order value, after shipping
I've seen this question asked several times, but I've not come across an answer which covers the entire issue.
Here's the scenario;
[1] Customer ordens item
[2] Order is billed and item ships
[3] Customer asks for discount due to misc issue
So, we need to reduce the value of the sale and refund the customer a discount - all without having to book the item back into stock and 'reshipping' it out again.
Anyone managed to achieve this?
