Role restrictions - Own and Supervisor (?)

I'm trying to figure out how I can setup permissions for a new relationship we have with a Partner.  The Partner access roles are insufficient.

Basically we have a Partner (person) with two assistants.  Everyone needs to have access to NetSuite but the assistants need to have Employee restrictions to their own records AND their supervisor's records.

I can't see how this is possible to setup.  Anyone have any ideas?
