Expense Report File Attachments For Receipts
We are starting to use the Expense Reports feature in NetSuite and one of the challenges we have run into is how best to handle receipts. Our first idea was to have people scan their receipts into PDF files and attach them to the expense report transaction and upload them into a folder in the NetSuite File Cabinet. The problem with that, as we've discovered, is that there is no privacy for individual's scanned receipts if they are stored in the NetSuite File Cabinet. If you are using this feature, how do you get around this?
Thanks In Advance,
David Jarrell
