Printing Case History - header = "NetSuite(company)"

I just printed a Support Case "Activity" and noticed the header reads:

Activity History - NetSuite (Phoenix Medical Devices)


I don't like that very much at all, I mean why does NetSuite have their name in there?  I'm sure this is editable somewhere but I haven't found it yet.

Anyone know how to edit the text that is printed in the header?
