How to create an Activity Audit?

Hi:

We're trying to figure out what time of day we use Netsuite the most. This is for support to figure out when we get the most cases (staffing), data usage so we know when not to clog up the bandwidth, etc.

Does anyone know how to make a simple report on this? Ideally we could see the breakdown based on the working day (most activity occurs within X time)
