Service Call Management?
Is anyone using Netsuite within a field service call management type of setting, or using a 3rd party that will allow such easy integration?
Cases within Netsuite touches on this lightly, however, is not a good solution for our operation. We currently have a team of service technicians that will go on-site to deal with problem equipment or repair equipment in-house. We need something to be able to allow us to create a case and hopefully be able to track service call details, then further bill the customer from the case - while including as many of the original case details as possible.
