Best Practice for Photo Thumbnails on Internal Form

We have a Custom Record on which we need to enter/display 1-10 photos.
Would really like for it to be a variable number of photos.

Is it possible to display all of the photos entered just as thumbnails with brief text, and then if the user clicks on the photo or text display the photo full size in a popup window?

This is for internal NetSuite forms, not the external Web Store.
