Customer Status field
As far I can see, the Customer Status field is initially set to "Lead - unqualified" and stays that way until a purchase is made, at which point it is changed to "Customer - won"
Is it then ever again changed automatically by the system?
Currently, I use this field to indicate several different post-sale customer statuses.
Will these then always stay set, or will Netsuite reset/change them during the purchase life of the customer?
