eMail Template Salutation

Sorry for the basic question, but very new to NetSuite.  I'm trying to customize an email template salutation that will insert "Morning", "Afternoon", or "Evening" based on the creation time of day.  I searched the CRMDSK tags, but don't see one that will work.  Is this something that I can do?
