Dunning Letters and Strategies
Does Netsuites have the cability to create rules that will allow automated dunning letters to be sent to customer on specified date intervals. For example, a friendly reminder will email to the customer that theei invoice is coming due, then when the invoice is 5 days past due, the system knows to generate an automated letter that their invoice is now past due.... etc etc.
