Recommendation for Deleting Dynamic Groups
Looking for recommendations for deleting Dynamic Groups. My company creates Dynamic Groups for each Marketing Event / Campaign we have. Three months after the event, we are no longer following up with the client with that specific event. Having been on NetSuite for over a year now, I have old Dynamic groups & searches that I'd like to delete. As I now have over 100 searches tied to 100 groups, and I'm trying to clean up what is no longer being used.
When I try to delete the group, Netsuite says, I can't delete this due to child records. What are the child records, the emails that were sent out?
