Shipping Items
We have been coming across an issue with multiple customers from our ebay site saying the didn't receive parts of their orders. We know for facts we are shipping the complete order. Without calling the customer out we and ruining relationships we end up reshipping the items on our dime of course. My question is does anyone have a procedure in place that includes a picture of some sort that goes out through netsuite once the order is fulfilled and ready to ship? Any ideas or procedures that are already in place would help!
