How Do Organization Manage Requests Changes For Their System?

Hello All,

Our organization is brand new to NetSuite. We are coming from Salesforce.com, and would like to the pose the following question:

Do anyone have a general email with netsuiteadmin@companydomain.com for all changes requested by employees at their firm? If so, who do you typically add in the distribution list? For example, Finance Function and IT or just IT only.....

Please advise....
