Attachments to RMA request within the Customer Center?

Is there a way for our customers to attach documents to RMA transactions generated from the Customer Center?

We are a Kitchen Cabinet whole distributor.  We require a specific justification form and pictures as part of authorizing returns.  My preference is to force the customer to use the original sales order to indicate the item and quantity of return.
