Executive Assistant Role

We recently hired an executive assistant for our CEO and he wants he to be able to approve employee expense reports that he typically would have.  I don't want to make her the "approval supervisor" on the employee records, but I still want to allow her to approval rights for these employees. 

There is also no executive assistant type role in Netsuite, what have others done?  Thanks
