Inactive items on Sales orders
When an Item is made Inactive, which transactions will still work?
If the item is on a Sales Order, can the SO still be fulfilled, invoiced, or have a dropship Purchase Order created for it? Our problem is for Returned items and one-off items. We don't want anyone to use these for new sales, but in order to process the original one-off Sales Order or RMA, we have to leave the item Active. At what stage can we turn it Inactive and still finish the shipment?
