Creating phone calls from a saved search

I'm wanting to create phone calls from a dynamic group that = the results of a saved search.  Is that a workflow project or is there another way?

I also want members to leave the phone call list if we don't get around to calling them in a specified amount of time.

Also, do you find cold-calls (just to remind customers that you exist) to be a profitable use of resources?
