Best way to communicate between Amazon and Netsuite w/o Farapp/magento/celigo?

Hey everyone!

We use the fulfilled by Amazon service in which we ship cases of product to Amazon to be sold and shipped through their fulfillment warehouses.  When we send inventory to Amazon, we move the items to a separate location in Netsuite to keep separate from the inventory seen by our in house sales reps. 

When we receive the Amazon settlement reports every two weeks, we go into netsuite and remove the quantities of what had sold during that period.  I think that is lot of extra steps and that there is probably is a better way of doing this, without having to use Celigo or other netsuite extensions/add-ons.
