Customer Center access for inactive contacts
fyi...
We use the Customer Center so our customers can create cases with our Support department.
We found out when you inactivate a contact, they still have a valid login to the Customer Center. NetSuite does not natively remove access immediately just because you inactivate a contact. Access is only removed from inactive contacts if you edit the account and grant access to another active contact.
I'm told the only solution, at this time, is to create a contact script that removes access when the contact is saved and Inactive=T.
Has anyone else gotten around this security violation in any other manner?
