Partner Centre - Reports?

If a partner logs the only reports they can see is:-


Sales by Partner
Sales by Promotional Code
Customers by Partner


I have made a report of sales orders and checked the audience for this partner. The custom report does not appear in the partner centre. What is the point in the audiance tab and how do I get this report to be visible to the partner?
