Changing users from Admin to regular users

I came in late in the game - Netsuite was already setup and they had been processing orders with it for over a year. Currently all of our employees are setup as Admins. I need to eventually start changing them to non-admins, but I can't lose the capabilities that they need. Is there a way to view the Admin role permissions? It would be easier for me to work backwards, removing permissions I don't want users to have, than to build in what they need from the ground up.

Any suggestions?
