Netsuite Advanced Suite Commerce 150,000 items for b2b implementation

Would anyone have thoughts / experience with using NetSuite Advanced Suite Commerce with 150,000 inventory items?

This is for a b2b implementation where credit cards would be accepted but 80%+ of the orders would be "paid for" via a company purchase order.
