Considering SSO - need feedback please

We are considering implementing a SSO in 2015. Including NetSuite, Box, PaceJet, Ascentis, and of course Active Directory. We have looked at Okta, OnePass, and Scorpion Soft

Looking for feedback on what others have used, why you picked what you did, what works and what doesn't.

Also, for those who have implemented single sign on, what happens when NetSuite is idle and times the user out? Do you have to re-authenticate? Or refresh does it?
