NetSuite Dashboard or Excel Data Dump

Hello All:

I hope I am posting this in the proper location.  I currently manage a lot of reports generated through NetSuite.  I take the data, do a data dump to Excel and create a collection of reports, dashboards, and progress indicators.  I am using the NetSuite search I built for the report, export to CSV, drop that data for a spreadsheet to use.

We're trying to consolidate the reports, make it easy for everyone to see and manage.

There have been a few discussions, so I wanted to get with the community to see if anyone has any experience in the below options, and more importantly any feedback/material to reference.
