Referral for a good NetSuite bookkeeping/clerical service provider

Can anyone suggest a good foreign NetSuite bookkeeping /clerical service provider?

I had an email from one such service provider several years ago and it looked promising. I believe they were out of the Philippians.  I didn't act on it and now I can't find it.

I'm looking for something outside of the USA to save money.  It isn't highly skilled accounting tasks that we need help with.  It is for tasks like billing our sales orders and making sure the PO and the vender's bill match up.  Tasks like getting tracking numbers from UPS (from 3rd party vender drop-shipments) and putting them into the correct fulfillments and maybe even answering certain types of support cases.  Basically, we'd take repetitive tasks that we can easily train someone on and sub those tasks out.  Looking for a company already doing this and extremely familiar with NetSuite.
