Company parent / child

Hello,

Our customers have many locations and we will use the child of field on the customer record.

I am trying to figure out how to Global Search return useful information. As it stands now, when there are 30-40 child customers, it is difficult to locate the customer you are looking for without going to the search results.

This is what I am considering:
--Have the entityId be filled in with suitescript using company name, city and state

Has anyone tried something like this or have other ideas?
