Subscription billing solution

Hi Netsuite users,

We are considering to adopt/implement a subscription billing solution and Netsuite suggested to go with Zuora. The other options are chargify and custom-tailored solution. I am wondering if anyone can provide an insights on Zuora or chargify or other billing solutions.
