Cash Basis Reporting - Doesn't work - anyone got an alternative approach?
Hi, we have been running cash basis P&L / income reports using the cash basis checkbox, and have found that it includes COGS postings for unpaid bills - essentially it means that your cash-basis accounting report isn't a cash basis accounting report.
Has anyone else come across this? Netsuite has advised me there is a case Enhancement # 75450 to address this in 2016 possibly. That seems pretty questionable, to purport they are able to report on cash basis for customers when they actually can't, and aren't going to do anything for a year, and aren't going to pull the functionality until they can.....
