anyone been successful using office365 and set it up as an SMTP?

Hi,

Got a client using office365 off-premise and we want to use that for 3rd party SMTP.

Anyone been able to get this working? Do we need to setup a SMTP relay of some sorts? Virtual SMTP?

Any help would be fantastic!
