Reviewing emails going to customers

Is there a way to review all the scheduled emails and alerts going to customers(and anyone else for that matter), specifically the emails. As an administrator, you program these emails to go out on behalf of other people. It would be nice if I could export a list and send it around to these stake holders for review. I've created a saved search of saved searches, but I cannot show email sender, recipient, schedule, and message body.
