Data Cleanse Company Recommendations?

I was wondering if anyone can provide any recommendations for this. Ideally would have done this internally due to commercial knowledge of the structure of the records but just dont have the resource currently.

The requirements are to de-dup and build a hierarchy for circa 13000 customer records.

Any insights of past experiences - good and bad would be useful also.
