How to show debooking?
In Q2-16 we created a Sales Order for delivery in Q1-17. In Q4-16 the customer cancels the order. What can we do to show a de-booking in Q4-16? Closing the Q2-16 Sales Order is good so we do not fulfill the order. Since the Q2-16 record exists it can still be pulled into historical bookings report. Howevver, I cannot create a Sales Order with a negative value in Q4-16. How else have folks shown a de-booking?
