Integrating with 3rd Parties via SuiteScript

We have a few integration where we need to integrate via Token-Based authentication via suitescript at the Employee Level.

Is there a best practice regarding storing the consumer key and secret (from the 3rd party) in NetSuite? Preferably per user.
