Online sales Tax. need help understanding

Hi

(A quick background just in case it makes a difference. We have a few stores online that are linked to Netsuite via FarApp (sales connector), all the transactions in question come from online sales that are then being pushed into Netsuite automatically via FarApp. )

I have a few questions regarding my taxes. Can anyone please tell me what is the Ca_Ca tax item in the attached screen shot?
And why do I get some of my online transactions go there instead of the item they belong to?

I would also like to understand why some of my local transaction receive the CA_SAN DIEGO CO_EMBD item and not just the CA_SAN DIEGO CO item? what do the _EMBD stands for?
