OneWorld - How do you handle corporate people communicating on behalf of subsidiaries?
We are in the process of switching to OneWorld (had a single entity, and now we have a handful of subsidiaries)
Our finance team (for example) is part of the corporate entity, but it's the finance department that sends collection notices (for example). So the person on our finance team is a member of the corporate entity.
However, the customers should really be getting emails from the subsidiary, since that's who they purchased from.
Is there a way in OneWorld that corporate folks can respond on behalf of the entity? We don't have to create our corporate people to be employees of all three subsidiaries and have them log in and out of each account, do we?
