Phone System Integration

Looking for some options for integrating a phone system with Netsuite.
Have tried Five9, Shoretel, Contivio in the past.

Five9 gave me numerous connection issues, typically revolving around packet Loss. Seemed to be the answer each time we filed a case. They were also quite costly.
I have Contivio now, but we struggle with the calls being logged in the system. The way it works is it is suppose to create a call the customer record. The delay is so long the reporting feature is not live or accurate, and it logs the author as whichever admin account logs it, not the user who actually made the call.
