Authorizing inventory adjustment, is it possible ?

Hi

Can I add to a role the ability to adjust inventory, but only under a supervisor authorization ?
I would like our guy in the warehouse to be able to adjust inventory, but would like to control it, so i want him to ask for authorization each time he would like to adjust inventory.
