Sandbox refresh

Hello Admins

We would like to explore a capability, whether we can trigger some logic or scripts at the time of Sandbox startup (i.e. typically automatically after refresh), so that the same does not have to be done manually. For example, disable or repoint some integration, mask off some custom fields for security, etc. Can you share your thoughts on how you may be achieving this... thank you, Donald.
