Executing user event script in suitelet context?
Hi all, I have a userevent script that is deployed for Item Fulfillment records. It seems to work only in the context of UI, not in suitelet. I worked with NetSuite support and they suggested me to disable the user event script and create the same script as a workflow action script. Then a workflow needs to be created which works in all contexts. Is this the best way or is there any better way to solve this issue?.
Suitelet is the WMS suitelet which I cannot do anything about.
It is triggered when the warehouse guys pick items with the guns - which creates the Item Fulfillment record in NetSuite in the context of suitelet.
