Combining sales order numbers, invoice number, and cash sale numbers.

Good afternoon, is there a way to make sales order numbers, invoice numbers, and cash sales numbers sequential so that there are no duplicates.

Primarily, we are trying to eliminate having the same number generated for the three different categories.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
