Best Practices for Customer Structure for Multi Brand and Multiple Sales Reps
Hello All,
I am an administrator for my company and looking for some advice on how to structure customers and sales reps in Netsuite to handle multiple brands and multiple sales reps assigned to these customers. It is currently all over the place, with some existing customers that are single accounts in Netsuite with all transactions going into this one account and only one sales rep assigned to this customer. Newer customers have been setup with parent-child relationships with the child accounts representing each brand and these child accounts are assigned to the Sales Rep assigned to each brand.
