2FA 'Manage Trusted Devices' on Admin Role

Good Morning

With the recent upgrade the anyone logging in with the Admin role must use 2 Factor Authentication. The instructions for doing this state there should be a check box labled 'Manage Trusted Devices'. I'm not seeing it anywhere.

I'm wondering if its not an option with the Admin role. Does anyone know if the 'Manage Trusted Devices' checkbox should be available on the Admin Role.
