GL Audit Numbering and GL Impact Locking - Help!

Hi, I'm in the midst of launching NetSuite and we are a public company. I just stumbled upon GL Audit numbering and GL impact locking as a possible solution to help track and identify any changes made to records after they have been approved and posted.
